When “kissing it better” doesn’t help.

My patients are often small, but their needs are always big.

WELCOME TO MY PRACTICE!
My goal is to create a relaxed and child-friendly atmosphere in my modern office, so that you and your child always feel well cared for and informed. Supporting my patients in their development, witnessing them growing up and being there for them at all times are matters close to my heart.
Throughout my career I have taken a special interest in developmental neurology, with a particular focus on the neurocognitive development of toddlers and young children, as well as in adolescent medicine.
Children need to trust and understand their doctor, as of course do you as a parent. I am here for any queries and concerns you and your child may have. My priority is to answer all your questions in a thorough and easily understandable way, either in German or in English.

No giggles? There can be many reasons for this. I will be happy to talk with you about them.

PAEDIATRICS
It is my wish to take care of you and your child in the best way possible. I offer modern and up-to-date treatment throughout your child’s entire development, from newborn to young adult. I provide a comprehensive and integrated approach.
Regular check-ups, vaccinations and discussions all assist with the early detection and treatment of diseases or can even prevent them entirely. With this in mind, I always allow ample time for consultations.

ADOLESCENT MEDICINE
Adolescence is the period of life that starts with the 11th birthday and ends with the 18th. This time is full of biological and psychosocial changes which have varying effects on personal development. During this stage, I make sure I take the time to talk with my patients about various relevant topics; from bodily changes and sexuality to psychological worries and needs. These conversations are subject to doctor-patient confidentiality.

CHECK-UPS
Your child’s U2 to J1 check-ups are extremely important to me, as the early detection of diseases and/or developmental delays makes it possible to take action as soon as possible.
A thorough physical exam as well as developmental, visual and hearing tests are part of these appointments.
During these check-ups I am happy to also advise you on topics such as nutrition, vaccination, accident prevention and handling of all forms of media.
Please make check-up appointments well in advance, so that I can schedule sufficient time for you and your child.
